22 Jun | Brut Blanc de Noirs
The new arrival in our lineup Traditional Method Sparkling Wines is part of the research on Sangiovese to enhance its expressive characteristics. A rich and elegant cuvee of 60% Sangiovese and 40% Pinot Noir aged 48 months on the lees.
It shows in the glass an intense straw yellow with golden hints, the perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose rich notes of citrus and red fruits with a background of sweet spices and melted butter. In the palate is creamy, balanced between freshness and winey taste. In the finish, the creamy structure then becomes more refined and long.
We recommend pairing with delicious puff pastry appetizers, croutons with butter and smoked salmon, first courses with shellfish such as linguine with prawns or delicate white meats such as quail breast, orange and sage.
